LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST IN WASHINGTON

Online Therapy for Adults in Seattle, WA

Licensed psychologist with roots in Seattle, now offering virtual therapy to individuals and couples throughout Washington state.

My practice has roots in the Seattle area, and though now based in Wisconsin, work with Seattle clients continues via telehealth. The focus is on individual therapy, couples therapy, and ADHD evaluation for adults and adolescents across Washington state, with sessions aimed at understanding what's driving your patterns, not just managing symptoms.

If you're looking for a deeper approach to therapy, one focused on understanding what's underneath and working toward meaningful, lasting change, a free consultation call is a good place to start.

About Dr. Bennett

MATTHEW J. BENNETT, PSY.D. | LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST | WISCONSIN LICENSE #5191-57 | PSYPACT AUTHORIZED

My practice includes over 25 years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples in private practice and university counseling centers, including time at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as years of private practice in both Seattle and Chicago.

My approach is direct, depth-oriented, and collaborative. We focus on identifying the emotional patterns, past experiences, and internal conflicts that shape how you think, feel, and relate, and on creating changes that hold over time, rather than staying at the level of symptoms.
