Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative, one-on-one process focused on understanding what’s driving your current struggles.

Many people come in with a clear sense of what’s not working (anxiety, low mood, relationship patterns, or difficulty following through) but feel stuck despite that awareness.

The work goes beyond managing symptoms. It focuses on understanding the emotional patterns, past experiences, and internal conflicts that shape how you think, feel, and respond.

Over time, this allows for changes that feel more natural and consistent, rather than forced or temporary.

How I Work

My approach is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative. We focus on understanding what’s happening underneath the surface, not just what’s immediately visible.

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes and are held weekly, though frequency can be adjusted based on your needs. The process begins with a thorough understanding of your history, patterns, and goals, and evolves as we identify what’s most important to focus on.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. The work often involves:

  • Noticing patterns that repeat across situations or relationships

  • Exploring emotional reactions that feel disproportionate or confusing

  • Understanding the gap between where you are and where you want to be in order to meet your full potential

  • Looking at how past experiences continue to shape present behavior
