Yes. Sessions are available in person in Sheboygan Falls and virtually across Wisconsin and most of the US through a secure telehealth platform.

Sessions are typically 50–55 minutes and are most often scheduled once per week, though frequency can be adjusted depending on your needs.

Dr. Bennett is credentialed with United Healthcare. Services are also provided on an out-of-network basis. Insurance claims can be submitted on your behalf depending on your plan.

Working out-of-network can offer greater privacy, flexibility in treatment, and fewer restrictions on the type or length of care. It also allows therapy to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a fee, except in cases of illness or emergency.

The first session is a comprehensive conversation focused on understanding your history, current concerns, and what you’d like to change. It also gives you a sense of how the process works and whether it feels like a good fit.

Yes. ADHD evaluation is available for adults and adolescents and includes a structured assessment process with clear feedback and recommendations.
